Launch Partner Program Terms
These Launch Partner Program Terms define the participation process, eligibility criteria, rights, and limitations applicable to participants in the Toqen Launch Partner Program.
TL;DR
- Participation in the Launch Partner Program is subject to application and approval by Toqen.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee participation in the program.
- Transfer of Launch Partner status is permitted only with Toqen’s consent.
Eligibility
Participation in the Launch Partner Program is voluntary and based on the submission of an application. All applications are reviewed individually by Toqen.
Toqen reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion and is not obliged to disclose the reasons for rejection.
Restricted Sectors
The Launch Partner Program is not intended for projects or services falling within the following categories, including but not limited to:
- gambling, i-gaming, and other betting-related services;
- projects primarily engaged in the distribution of pornographic or explicitly sexual content;
- services predominantly focused on adult content where such content lacks a legitimate professional, medical, educational, or other lawful purpose;
- platforms enabling anonymous mass access without control over usage scenarios;
- projects whose activities may pose increased legal, regulatory, or reputational risks for Toqen.
Project eligibility is assessed by Toqen on an individual basis. Inclusion or exclusion from this list does not guarantee approval or rejection.
No Guarantee of Participation
Submission of an application to the Launch Partner Program does not guarantee automatic assignment of Launch Partner status.
Launch Partner status becomes active only after explicit confirmation by Toqen and subsequent contribution payment by the participant.
Launch Partner Status
Launch Partner status grants the participant access to the terms and benefits applicable at the time of joining.
Launch Partner status is personal and may be transferred only to an entity meeting the program requirements and with Toqen’s prior consent.
Changes and Termination
Toqen may reasonably amend the Launch Partner Program terms and notify participants through official communication channels.
In the event of a material breach of the program terms, Toqen may terminate participation. Any refund of the previously paid contribution will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the breach, the circumstances, and actual use of the provided benefits.
Nature of Relationship
Participation in the Launch Partner Program does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between Toqen and the participant.
