Overview
Toqen is a subscription-based SaaS product providing secure authentication, including QR login, time-based codes, and access passes. We aim to maintain transparent and fair billing practices for all customers.
Subscriptions and Billing
| Billing model | Subscriptions are charged in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly). |
| Auto-renewal | Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before the renewal date. |
| Cancellation | You may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. |
Refunds
- Refunds are generally not issued for renewals or partially used billing periods.
- We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases or non-usage of the service.
- Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the charge.
| Duplicate charge | A full refund may be issued if the same subscription is charged twice. |
| Technical issues | If technical problems prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered. |
| Billing errors | Incorrect or invalid charges caused by system errors may be refunded. |
Chargebacks
If you notice a payment you believe is incorrect, we encourage contacting us first to resolve the issue quickly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may lead to temporary account suspension due to security protocols.
